Queensborough Movie Night Saturday, May 10. Enjoy a classic movie in the historic surroundings of the Queensborough Community Centre, the village’s former one-room schoolhouse. This month’s film is The Train (1964), an exciting and intelligent WW2 film with Nazis trying to steal France's greatest paintings and the French Resistance (including Burt Lancaster) working to stop them. Showtime is 6:30 p.m. and there is no admission charge (donations welcome). Popcorn and soft drinks for sale. A presentation of the Queensborough Community Centre Committee.
