You also have the option to download a paper copy of the Coming Events Form from our Forms page for completion. You can then scan and email your completed form; or fax it to 613-478-6457; or drop it off at the Municipal Office at 255 Metcalf St., Tweed.

Lets Move Municipality of Tweed! - Gentle Fitness
Designed to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, balance and strength to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence. Gentle Fit will provide participants with a variety of exercises that can be performed while standing and does not include jumping. Emphasis placed on a longer warm-up, modified cardio, controlled toning and an extended cool down. Ideal for all ages that want to continue to lead active healthy lives. All ages are welcome.
Supplies needed: exercise mat
45-minute class
1 day a week for 6 weeks
