2014 Municipal Election Completed Voter Kits Must Be Received By 8:00 P.M. October 27, 2014

Voter Kits for the 2014 Municipal Election were mailed out to eligible voters on Monday, September 29th.  If a voter kit was not received by mail you should contact the Municipal Office.

There are several reasons why a kit would not be received:

It may be that you are not already on the Voters' List and will need to get your name added.

It may be that you are on the Voters' List with an incorrect address so that your voter kit was returned by Canada Post as undeliverable.

It may be that you are a tenant where you live and tenant information is either not updated by the landlord or not retained in the assessment system from one municipal election to the next.

Whatever the reason, you may apply to add your name to the Voters' List and be issued a voter kit by completing the necessary amendment form and signing a declaration at the Municipal Office.

Please be prepared to provide your full name, birth date, qualifying address, and contact information when you contact the Municipal Office.

Application To Amend The Voters' List (Form EL15)

Applications for revisions to the Voters' List must be on the above form which is also available for pick up from the Municipal Office during regular business hours.  It must be fully completed and signed by the applicant.  Applications may be filed in person or by mail by the applicant; or in person by his/her authorized agent.  The forms cannot be faxed or emailed as we require original signatures in order to make changes to the Voters' List.

Click here to go the Municipal Election page for an instructional video to guide you in completing your voter kit and for more information about the election.
