On the evening of June 22nd 2017, there was a small fire started near the Picnic Shelter in Tweed Memorial Park. The fire was not located near the Kiwanis Pavilion on Stoco Lake at the south end of the park. |

Heat Warning for the Municipality of Tweed
The Municipality of Tweed is currently under a heat warning for the next few days. To help residents stay cool, the following cooling stations are available:
Municipality of Tweed Council Chambers
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Tweed Public Library
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
