This coming Saturday November 2nd the Fish TV crew including Ron James and Leo Stakos will be featured on Global Television at 9:30 AM.
The episode features the team fishing for Crappie on Stoco Lake in April of this year.
The Fish TV visit was part of a larger effort by the Land O' Lakes Tourist Association to promote our region of Ontario as a must stop destination for anglers. With 5,000 lakes to explore there is a new adventure awaiting each and every day in the Land O' Lakes.
The visit to Tweed is one of eight stops the Fish TV team is making as they travel around the region filming their shows that average an audience of 2.5 million viewers nationwide.
It is an incredible opportunity for Tweed to be showcased on a national media outlet, and feature one of the many assets that rural Ontario has to offer. Whether you're fishing for Crappie or Muskie, Stoco Lake offers a unique experience for anglers that is not available everywhere in Ontario or even Canada. It is crucial for us to continue to highlight those unique experiences that Tweed has to offer.
