Media Release – May 15, 2020 Tweed, ON The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) has just announced that they will be lifting the Provincial Burn Ban on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 12:01 A.M. The Municipality of Tweed will then be lifting the burn ban in accordance with our Open Air Burning By-Law 2016-17. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) has just announced that they will be lifting the Provincial Burn Ban on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 12:01 A.M. The Municipality of Tweed will then be lifting the burn ban in accordance with our Open Air Burning By-Law 2016-17.
