VOTER HELP CENTRE COMMON QUESTIONS & TIPS
  • To access the voting portal open your internet browser, press CTRL+T on your keyboard.  This will open a new tab where you can type the web address provided in your voter letter. You must type the web address in an address bar NOT into Google. 
  • Be sure to verify you have entered your birthdate above your PIN if your PIN does not appear to work. The PIN and the birthdate are required for two-factor authentication. If you are entering your birthdate and PIN correctly and cannot access the system please call 613-478-2535 and we will verify your birthdate is correct in Intelivote. 
  • Do not click decline ballot unless you wish to spoil your ballot.
  • Be sure to select up to three Councillors before proceeding to click on Vote Now.  This is similar to a paper ballot with all names on one ballot. 
  • Please bring Voter ID proof in an original format to the Voter Help Centre.  
  • The Tweed Public Library is open 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. on Saturday October 22nd.  If you would like to vote on a computer they have a computer designated for voting. 
  • If you require help or are in doubt about any aspects please come to the Voter Help Centre at 255 Metcalf St. 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday October 17th- Friday October 21st. The Help Centre will also be open 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Voting Day.
