Cashless Payment at Stoco Waste Site
Cashless payments will be implemented at the Stoco Waste Site beginning September 1, 2021. Council authorized a three-month grace period while the Waste Site staff endeavor to implement the policy. After September 1, you will be required to pay via your debit card or with bag tags.

LEVEL 1 LOW WATER CONDITION ISSUED FOR THE QUINTE CONSEVATION WATERSHED
A Level 1 Low Water Condition has been issued for the Quinte Conservation Watershed including the regions of the Moira, Napanee, and Salmon Rivers as well as all of Prince Edward County.

Municipal Cooling Centre
As we continue to experience high temperatures and humidity we have opened a Municipal Cooling Station during regular business hours, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM for the next few days. Water is available in the Council Chambers lobby for any member of the public that needs to cool off. Anyone using the cooling centre is asked to sign the Covid-19 contact tracing forms at the door.
